Yamuna body rolling (YBR) is an active self-massage technique. It combines breathing, weight bearing, rolling, traction, strengthening and stabilizing to create a unique bodywork system.


Specially designed Yamuna balls replace the hands of a skilled manual therapist and act as a focus point for your body. You bear your body weight onto the ball, rolling in a systematic way from the origin of the muscle to its insertion. Rolling almost always commences on the bone and continues out in the direction of the muscle fibres.


This brings about a deeper and more effective release of the connective tissue, tendons and muscles.
