TRX

 

TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercise.

 

It was developed by former navy seal Randy Hetrick, who was searching for an effective way to train his body. TRX is a specialized form of suspension training using specially designed “TRX straps” and your own body weight. This workout demands “all core, all the time” and leaves you feeling strong, centered and lengthened all at once!

TRX Pilates integrates the “TRX straps” into the Pilates Repertoire and provides a challenging and dynamic workout.
